Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account or using Arsenal Connect, you agree to these Terms of Service. Every user also signs the Arsenal Connect Platform Usage Agreement, which covers the responsibilities of brands and creators and the limits of Arsenal Connect's role in campaigns and disputes. These terms and that agreement work together.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use Arsenal Connect. You agree to provide accurate information when you register and to keep it current, to keep your password secure, and to be responsible for activity on your account. One person or organization may hold one account unless we approve more.

Some signup access requires an invite code issued by Arsenal Connect. Invite codes are personal, may carry an expiry or use limit, and may be revoked.

3. Brands, retailers and creators

Brands and retailers post campaign opportunities, review applications, assign tracking links and discount codes, and pay creators under the terms they agree to.

Creators build their profiles, apply to campaigns, deliver agreed content, and log their work. Creators on the free plan have limited access; Creator Pro unlocks messaging, applications and the full toolset.

Arsenal Connect does not employ any brand, retailer or creator, and does not supervise the work performed under a campaign.

4. Campaigns and dealings between users

Campaign terms, scope, deadlines, compensation, usage rights, exclusivity, are agreed directly between the brand or retailer and the creator. Arsenal Connect is not a party to those agreements and does not guarantee that either side will perform.

Reports of non-payment, missed deliverables, misrepresentation or unprofessional conduct may be reviewed by Arsenal Connect under the Accountability Protocol. Our review covers platform access and account standing only; we do not decide legal disputes, enforce private contracts, or collect payments between users.

5. Payments, subscriptions and fees

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Plan prices and what each plan includes are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Arsenal Connect charges no commission on creator compensation. Payment processing fees charged by Stripe are applied to the brand's total, never deducted from a creator's agreed compensation.

Referral earnings, when a referred creator's paid subscription renews, are credited to the eligible referrer and paid after Arsenal Connect approves the payout. Referral credits are voided for months that are refunded or disputed.

You are responsible for your own taxes on income you earn through the platform.

6. Content and data

You keep ownership of the content and information you contribute, your profile, media kit, rate card, posts and campaign materials. You give Arsenal Connect and other platform users the limited rights needed to display that content on the platform and to run the campaigns you participate in.

You agree that tracking data, clicks, code uses, orders and revenue attributed through links and codes, may be recorded and shown to the brand and creator involved in that campaign.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringes someone else's rights, is deceptive, or violates the rules of the platforms you post on.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misrepresent your identity, audience size or performance data; use tracking links or codes fraudulently, including self-referrals through your own links; circumvent plan limits or access data you are not entitled to; harass or threaten other users; use the platform to promote anything illegal; or interfere with the platform's operation.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, the Platform Usage Agreement, or the law, or whose conduct puts other users at risk. You can stop using the platform at any time and ask us to delete your account. Sections that should survive termination, payment obligations already incurred, records, and limits of liability, do so.

9. Disclaimers

Arsenal Connect is provided "as is". We do not guarantee campaign results, creator performance, brand payment, sales, engagement, reach or revenue. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Arsenal Connect and Arsenal Marketing and Sales Collective are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. When a change is material, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
